Content Management

Site administrators have access to entire site content presented in the tree view and have ability to perform various administrative tasks: change position,edit,delete,insert new.

Content Editor

Page content can be created or edited via easy to use, lightweight WYSIWYG editor.
Editor has all basic text formatting styling functionalities  and can be extended to suit client needs

Lightbox

It allows to create virtual collections of assets that do not have any explicit common factor, or simply result from multiple searches.

These collections can be saved and/or shared with other users.

Multiple lightboxes can be created at the same time.

Email lightbox

After assembly, Lightbox can be shared with all collaborators, clients and vendors who have an account in the system.

When Send link is clicked, page will be displayed with all images.

Media Library

BAM's Library displays all of your digital assets.

It gives you access to them, and to all the administrative tasks that need to be performed.

Intuitive Search and Filtering functionality quickly locates the assets you need.

Easily Upload new assets Edit existing ones, and assemble Lightboxes.

Media Item

Each asset in the system has an extensive set of meta information associated with it.

It is collected during initial upload of the asset into the system and can be easily modified later on.

By insuring that meta information is provided system allows for easy managing of assets later on.

Media Item Edit Page

Media Item Edit Page allows for modifications of all properties that have been provided during initial file upload. Also gives an ability to change permission settings.

Media Checkout

You know who has what assets at all times.

Checkout procedure requires user to define purpose, where the asset will be used, and the timeframe for usage.

All this information is stored---and is readily available to Site Administrators---in BAM's Audit Log.

User List

Site Administrators have access to this Page that displays all Users and usage in the system.

User List provides ability to search by important criteria, filter by Group association, and create new Users.

User Edit

User Edit form allows modifications of personal information, as well as administrative settings such as Group Access or Contact Information.

User Groups

User groups allow for quick and easy setup of access permission rights to multiple users.

Any number of groups can be created and a single user can belong to any number of groups at a given time.

Once permission to access an element is given to the group, any user who is a member of that group gets access to that element.

Microsites Editor

BAM's "Microsites" feature provides a unique Page, with its own "look and feel," for individual aspects of a Brand message: product, promotion, et al.

Audit Log

Every action taken by every User---from Log In to File Upload---is recorded in the Audit Log.

Site Administrators access this Log to search and filter by any combination of parameters to provide all relevant information on specific actions or date ranges.
